BY ACCESSING OUR ONLINE SERVICES, PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS, AND COMMUNICATING OR OTHERWISE INTERACTING WITH US, YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND CONSENTING TO THE INFORMATION PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Cancellation/Refunds

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased, you may return the purchase within 30 days of your receipt of the item for a full refund of the purchase price; however, shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Returned product must be in new condition and with its original packaging.
  • Every effort will be made to correct errors made on the part of Cardea Services. However, Customer is responsible for verification of the contents of their order or online shopping cart.

Fulfillment

  • Mailing delivery dates and postage costs are estimates, not guarantees. In no event shal Cardea Services be liable for delays in delivery or other failures in performance occasioned by acts of God, political/social unrest, acts or threats of terrorism, computer or electronic interruptions, failure of third parties to deliver on time, or other circumstances beyond Cardea Services’ reasonable control.

Sales Tax

  • Prices shown do not include sales or other taxes imposed on the sale of goods. Taxes now or hereafter imposed upon sales or shipments will be added to the purchase price.

Payments

  • Credit Card payments are accepted by Cardea Services through a secure third-party vendor.
  • Orders placed by Invoice / Check / Purchase Order will only be processed when the payment or purchase order is received and processed.
  • The default “Payment Terms” means “Net 30” net thirty (30) days from the date of shipment or pick-up of products unless otherwise agreed upon.

Trademarks and Intellectual Property Disclaimer 

  • Cardea, the Cardea logo, and all product names appearing on our web site are among the trademarks and/or service marks owned by Cardea Services, and no trademark or service mark or other license is granted in connection with the materials contained on any Cardea Services Web site.
  • Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license to any patent, trademark or other intellectual property right of Cardea Services or any third party.

Applicable Law

The agreed upon terms of use of this site, including but not limited to purchasing and or returning products, shall be governed by and construed with, in all respects, under the laws of the State of California, irrespective of its choice of law or conflict of law rules. All Parties agree that any action, including litigation, related to this site including but not limited to purchases, returns, inquiries shall be brought and maintained only in a Federal or State court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of California, County of Alameda, without regard to that state’s choice of law principles. All Parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any right to object to such exclusive jurisdiction and venue, forum non-conveniens or any other jurisdictional grounds.
